RAD series :: Buti Basics

This series is for all levels, whether you’re new-to-yoga or have been practicing Buti regularly. If you're looking to build a solid foundation with your practice, this is it! This series will give you strength, alignment and more confidence in your practice. It will meet you wherever you're at and allow you to choose the level of intensity and modifications that are right for you. Buti basics will help you progress with confidence and help you to let go, trust yourself and focus on the feeling of the movement. This is a transformational practice - mind, body and soul.

Join Holly + guest Buti instructors for connection, flow, fun, sweat. You'll leave feeling awakened and powerful.

We'll start each class with key yoga pose alignment, strength and plyometrics breakdowns. We'll learn safe and effective modifications that will help you build strength and stamina in your practice.
