Start your day with some mindful movement to wake up your body and mind! We will get energized to keep us feeling focused and ready to take on whatever the day brings us.

TGIF, yogi-style! This is an all levels Vinyasa (flow) class that will help you wind down from the work week and kick-off the weekend!

prenatal yoga

This class is a space for you to connect to your breath, your changing body, your baby, and other mamas-to-be. We’ll move our bodies and chat about all things baby, yoga and motherhood. Our vision is to leave you feeling the love + support of our team and of the other mamas, while feeling refreshed + empowered in your pregnancy.

Drop ins, all levels + mamas in any trimester are welcome.

This class is 75 minutes. 45 minutes of movement and 30 minutes of conversation.

Join us for an hour of gentle vinyasa that will feel amazing in your body and your soul. This chill class is suitable for all levels of yogi, first timers and long timers. An easygoing flow will offer lots of time for modifications and exploration for each body, and we stand behind our ZERO chaturanga policy! Give yourself some love through movement and breath work and let us send you off with a gentle adjustment in savasana.

For this class come with a light heart and be ready to PLAY. The instructors will lead us through dynamic sequences while playing with various transitions, arm balances and inversions in a safe and sustainable way. This class is accessible to anyone who is willing to set aside their expectations of what they think the poses should look like, and come with an open mind and commit to TRYing.

Some previous asana experience would be beneficial, as the postures and sequences will be a bit more advanced.

RADkundalini is Kundalini for rebels, join Keeley for modern approach to Kundalini yoga; that is open to all levels. A dynamic, powerful, and fast paced form of yoga that produces fast and lasting results.

Kundalini Yoga incorporates movement, pranayama (dynamic breathing techniques), meditation, mudra and mantra, as tools to ignight your kundalini energy. This energy is already inside of you waiting to be ignited, so you can tap into and live your life's passion + purpose. Kundalini asks you to find your inner strength, and in return balances your heart + mind.

Some benefits to practicing Kundalini yoga include weight control, increases creativity, relief from stress + insomnia, and ability to cultivate will power.

Buti is a movement practice that fuses power yoga, tribal dance, and plyometrics into a high energy practice that transforms the body from the INSIDE out. Buti Yoga helps us tap into our inner power and unleash unshakable confidence, uncover true desire and bond with other humans. The Buti Yoga movement methodology lets you become completely present, clears away stuck energy and revitalizes the body to allow each student shift their perspective of the world around them. It's about cultivating a community of empowered humans who support one another.

Masterful and intentional, DEEP is restorative movement sequence that utilizes the Spiral Structure Technique® to connect mind to muscle and catalyze vibrational change on a cellular level. Unlike other Buti® trademarked formats, DEEP is low-impact and focuses on micro-movements with physical touch to connect the brain to innervated muscle and restructure the deep core. DEEP is designed to prevent injury, restore innervation and assist in the recovery of bladder/ uterine prolapse and diastasis recti. The class structure also includes self-massage and pressure point activation to release muscles during deep restorative asanas and ends with a sound bath savasana.

This class is suitable for everyBODY.

Alchemy takes self-inquiry to the next level and transforms your blocks into breakthroughs through a dynamic combination of movement and energetic work helping you connect with and embody your highest self.

Join Cortnie in this all fiery all levels alignment based vinyasa class that is an intuitive and intentional fusion of fast and slow flow, energetic work, plyometrics, mudras, mantra and purposeful inquiry. This class will activate every layer of your being and is intended to transform you on a physical, spiritual and emotional level. Each class will have a transformative intention. Transformation requires going in and exploring the chaos inside of us. We need to feel to heal. The process of this class is alchemical. Burn up the blocks and bring forth your inner gold. It’s a class for you to bring your shit to the mat so you can feel it and move through it. During class Cortnie will ask deep questions to help you connect to yourself and then we will move and breathe to shift the energy that’s stuck and stagnant. Class will end with a guided visualization leading into savasana.

Power Vinyasa + Energy Work

HotCore is a 36-minute class that works the deep inner muscles of the core. Broken into pre-sequenced sets to maximize muscle toning, look, and functionality. Students practice in socks to facilitate fluid “drag” or friction creating resistance. The majority of movements in HotCore build deep core strength best accessed through an exaggerated tucking of the pelvis and intentional rounding of the spine. In between sets, students move to restorative yoga poses to stretch + lengthen. 
It's the perfect class to get a quick fun workout and end with a dreamy deep savasana.

*make sure to bring thick socks so you can slide on the floor*

rebel HIIT // Rise + Rebel Hiit

rebel HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) consists of repeated, 1-minute bouts of high-intensity exercise intervals, followed by 1 minute of low-intensity yoga poses to counter. HIIT maximizes your body's ability to burn fat, speeds your metabolic rate and translates into a metabolism boost for up to 48 hours after a completion! This class is 36 minutes and will leave you feeling sweaty, strong and confident!

Rise + rebel HIIT is the same as rebel HIIT, but with an additional 3 minute warm-up at the beginning of class to get you ready to move!

This restorative class will focus on deep relaxation with some hands on adjustments to help support you in your practice. We use physical support through props and positive touch to bring attention and awareness to areas we need to soften and relax. Finishing with savasana + aromatherapy.

Rebel MERGE power flow is a vinyasa based flow that is rooted in connective tissue (fascia) to give you a mindful experience that will create stronger connections in your movement and repair disconnections in your body. The first of its kind, Merge was created to empower every student to better understand their body so they can work with it and not feel like they’re just trying to get through a workout. With a killer playlist to keep you motivated, intentional cues to guide you through this challenging and rewarding class, you are sure to get a great work out and a greater balance of mind and body.

Yin + Chill

Yin + Chill is your weekly dose of zen. This restorative + yin class will help you discover how to take time to develop the art of learning to sit with yourself, letting go of the desires/attachments, and find peace in the present moment. (Yes, you ARE perfect exactly how you are.)
In yin, we allow our muscular body to relax, using props to support the body in mostly seated and reclined stretches/postures for 3-6 minutes, targeting our deep connective tissues (ligaments, fascia, tendons, etc). This style of practice is great for improving flexibility and joint mobility, decreasing levels of stress, improving the mind/body connection, increasing concentration and can greatly improve meditation practice. This practice also provides great counterbalance to Yang-like activities and lifestyles (muscular, fast paced, go-go-go, busy), allowing the body and mind to find harmony and balance.

With restorative yoga mixed in with Yin practices, this class is the perfect gentle movement you need to go deeper into your physical + emotional body.
