This series is designed for you to dive deeper into all elements of your yoga practice.
Each class will begin with invigorating pranayama to energize the body and bring the mind into focus. We'll then move into an intricate ladder flow to challenge the body and allow the mind to stay present in the here and now. Ladder flows begin with holding 2-3 postures in the first round, followed by stacking on more poses in each round while gradually moving faster to create a well rounded, challenging sequence. We'll be working with the same sequence for the 4 weeks and you'll be given time to flow on your own to SEE and FEEL your progress. By the end you'll have memorized a well-rounded sequence that you can practice on your own, anytime!
Each class will end with Savasana and seated meditation, introducing new techniques each week so you have the opportunity to explore what works for you.
Previous asana experience would be beneficial, but is not a necessity as there will be options for all levels of practitioner.
