We invite you to join us for our 4 week Journey to Handstand series! The handstand is impressive, elusive, challenging, scary and exciting to learn. It's also really really hard. We can spend a lot of time trying to kick up against a wall and not make any progress. We don't want you to do that... We want you to learn where you need to progress in the skills, strength, balance and confidence to move forward in your practice. This program is not going to guarantee you will be nailing handstands in the middle of your Sun Sals, but what we do promise is that you will gain knowledge, tools, drills, mobility and strength in areas your body needs to progress on your path to handstands!
Here is how we are going to help:
Lifetime access to our private Instagram group with 5 x weekly (20 Total) short videos showcasing techniques, drills and movements to strengthen, mobilize and teach you to progress. We will also be available to answer your questions.
4 x 90 minute weekly classes taught by Gary, Cortnie and Candace. These classes will focus on assessing individual needs, mobilizations, teaching technique, working in pairs to assist and will finish with a 30-45 minute flow.
Encouragement and ensuring your safety! It can be intimidating to go upside down and we want you to feel confident and safe in your body so we will be there to guide and assist throughout the process.
Learn how to fall, safe and stable alignment for shoulders, hands, wrists, hips, core, learn where you need to begin and the steps to improve your own practice and learn methods to get the most out of your handstand practice.

Who is this for?
Students who want to take their practice to the next level and work on their own path to finding handstand in their own practice. This series is not recommended for new students to yoga, but we will be teaching progressions for students of various levels. Spaced is limited so click below to save your spot!
