Happy Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday AND Friday!!

Have you heard? Fall is the NEW New Year and it’s time to get your morning movement routine back in action with ONE week of #wakeupRAD.

Start your day with #wakeupRAD Monday to Friday at 6:30am with your morning enthusiast Kirstie! You can expect epic playlists, warm morning hugs, and a feel good flow. There’s no better way to start your day… if we do say so ourselves!

The challenge wraps up Friday after wake up RAD with a coffee + breaky! Oh, and there will be stars and other fun surprises all week long ; )

HOW DO I REGISTER?

To join the challenge sign up below or in-studio by donation! In the spirit of community, all money is going towards a local charity (details being confirmed right now). So pay what you can and join the #wakingupRADchallenge and help support a local charity, all while getting your yoga in before most people are awake #helloproductivity ;)

Regular drop in rates apply to join the challenge so get your clubRAD membership (best deal) and/or punch passes ready to go!
