Does starting a morning movement routine seem like a huge commitment? Well, we’re taking baby steps this summer with ONE week to kick-start your morning movement routine! You can do it!
Start your day with #wakeupRAD Monday to Friday at 6:30am OR the rise + rebel HIIT crew Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5:45am or BOTH! You can expect epic playlists, warm morning hugs, and a feel good flow or sweat ;) There’s no better way to start your day… if we do say so ourselves!
The challenge wraps up Friday after wake up RAD with a yummy + nutritious breaky + coffee catered by Jeffreys. Oh, and there will be stars and other fun surprises ; )
